If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
